I'm trying to go for a really really big deficit, I'm eating like 600 calories a day. A decent sized pizza is what, 3000 calories? You can't CICO your way out of it. Sure, you can cope and say "oh, your TDEE is like 2300, so just eat 2/3 pizza and you won't gain weight", yeah, but you will not lose the 0.3~ grams that you would have lost, and that's basically the same as gaining weight in the long term.
Maybe I can have a slice, at most two, but then I would just hate myself and want to jump off a bridge, probably wouldn't be enough to end my cravings and as a bonus I would feel hungry and have a huge migraine for the rest of the day. But if I eat pizza, puke, then eat my chicken broccoli, I'll keep it 600 calories and I believe it's probably more than good enough to end cravings if I eat a whole pizza.

I probably won't do it now to be honest, I'm scared. I was looking for some reassurance, I mean, you guys are nuts, I thought one of you guys would have tried this and have succeeded, I mean, there are people that fast for a whole month in this thread, but apparently no, puking one meal every two months on a cheat day is going too far.
