first and foremost they need to get rid of the eomm system. period. things like role queue and how many heroes you have for X role etc. doesn't matter until you fix the most fundamental issue. it's like saying "we need to paint the ship blue instead of white" to keep it from sinking instead of fixing the bus-size hole in the hull.
