You should transition then. I don't think it's wrong to have these thoughts, sure it's not "normal man" thoughts, but that doesn't really matter much. Find yourself, be happy. I can't speak to you, and I don't want to assume, but you'll probably be happier the more and more you look like a woman.
If you're nervous about HRT, experiment with simple makeup (foundation, filler, etc..) and go to thrift stores to find girl clothes that you like. Transition is a process, and it takes time.
Even if you're not trans, it's healthy to find yourself in whatever form that might take. Maybe you find yourself happy as a guy, but you really enjoy androgynous or feminine clothing. That's ok. Maybe you want to be like Finn, not really caring about voice and looksmaxxing. But she is a special case.
