This would've been unironically the best ending for Burial at Sea. Think about it:
>Elizabeth is a bloodthirsty sociopath who causes the death of everyone around her, including herself.
>Booker is a PTSD mess who lost both his biological daughter and his new adoptive daughter.
They clearly hit rock bottom which is why BaS episode 2 should've forced them to team up in order to survive the Rapture war and eventually learn to tolerate each other and accept who they are.
If they realize the absurdity of trying to find redemption or vengeance in their situation, nothing is really preventing them to escape to Paris and become the incest power couple they were always meant to be.

I'm still pissed about Burial at Sea and all its wasted potential. We could have finally experience the Rapture war from the very beginning.
Plus, the acidic chemistry between Comstock and Elizabeth was perfect for forming a very unlikely duo forced to team up to survive.
