Or keep the blue Francia and rename it Europa and stopping the Blob? Should I just switch charcter after the next Crusade and build up from there again like forming Outremer?

They are in a border gore fest to control the middle east and they have a lot of claims through their previous rulers and muslim relatives. The rest are other muslim blobs and hordes, also a random Mongol Khan who united Mongolia and became Genghis Khan around 300 years earlier than the real one.
