Everyone mentioned in this post have been pretty stable since the beginning and show no signs of disbanding anytime soon. Of these, the ones I see recruiting most frequently are: DDN, GFLEX, /gflex/ and Netorare.

But honestly, it's hard to recommend a platoon since you don't really know the internals unless you've been a member. I generally take it as a good sign if a danchou's recruitment posts and public presence appears moderately sane and level-headed.
