The only games I can think of that did this right was splinter cell blacklist, that straight up shows you where you were last spotted, and MGSV
GRW was especially egregious about this shit.
I remember shooting an explosive tank out of detection range, the compound going on alert and all of those fucking sicarios just start a fucking conga line directly towards me.
