I think I'm gonna try to make an infographic to kinda consolidate all the things I spammed in the previous thread.

When looking at the old RW Twitter account's images, I noticed "Tianjin Seiyo Culture Media Co., Ltd." at the bottom of the images. Well, if you look at the bottom of the login screen, new Publisher seems to be:
>Publisher: Tianjin Electronics Publishing House Co. Ltd.
which leads me to believe they may be self-published this time. I wonder if Pixel Neko is just a small "studio" they have inhouse or if Pixel Neko sold it to them or what's going on.
