Content, yes. Original, no. It's walking well-tread ground: there are tons of CYOAs in this genre and this CYOA doesn't add anything new where it borrows. For instance the power system is a less interesting copy of Beri's A New Magical Girl except every S tier power is "you kill everyone and your dad can't make you clean your room" and there are no Wells compelling interesting strategic tradeoffs.
