Bungie shouldn't balance a raid around loadout swapping, it's understandable that a solo raider would have to do it but you shouldn't have to do that in a 6-man contest raid. The HP pools are way too bloated

Loadout swapping should be banned outright, you didn't beat the raid

Loadout swapping will start being locked down game wide and raids will have more puzzles going forward
