From this map people are posting on the route Kurea had to drive to Ine, the girls university is in western Tokyo metro near Mt takao. Relatively affordable and apartments can be cheaper end there for suburban area. Who knows if she is also in a student area. Doesn't she have a part time job too? Oshinko also has a decent looking place.
