Basically - Miori and Miyuri have been targeted due to being childhood friends of Suzune and became the 'bait' to lure Suzune in.

Suzune get's defloration raped due to the grudge the main villain has on her father.

Akina and Ran are targeted due to them being Suzune's friends - this probably happens after Suzune 'cherry' is taken.

Miyuri get's defloration raped due to Miori letting her guard down -- either before or after Suzune's 'rape' occurs.- basically it might be something similar to Ririsa 'defloration gang rape' in Tsubasa.

In other words we might have the defloration scenes happening before the 'route split' choices occur.
