Anon, you can stack it with a bloodborne relic. Like this one. Duchess literally wants to spam attacks more than any other class. Literally one of her better relic rolls is "spam atack lots for free restages"

I'm not perfect yet but that dagger relic is incredible when stacked with a dagger restager and post-damage hp restoration.
