>Nothing like FIT tests and no central database
Forgot to address another point, on this note, particularly with regards to Adept. Far as I'm aware they have no legitimate business address for the NIJ to go to and collect FIT samples. The two addresses I've found are:
1. 1809 W Frankford Rd, Carrollton, Texas, 75007, which belongs to a Selery E-commerce business.
2. 4401 S. 72nd E. Ave, Tulsa, OK, 74145, which is the back of a Carboline warehouse (pic rel) and is shared with a Hodges Warehouse and a Midwest Logistics. I see their name on the door of neither.
I think they just use the address of whichever E-commerce provider as their "business" address, which probably wouldn't fly if the NIJ shows up and they get handed a 100-count box of Dixie ultra-strong by a random warehouse worker when they ask for plates. lol
Previously, when they were Diamond Age, their address was 344 E. Louisiana St. McKinney, TX 75069, which is a fitness store called lockout supplements.
While admittedly true that Stealth Armor Systems shares an address with Handicraft Heaven, which sews dresses and fashion accessories, that's at least the right kind of business for assembling and sewing armor panels. Ostensibly everything else, according to Nick Groat, is made in Bain's garage or something. Yet in 2018, was Diamond Age selling N-1 plates, 4.75lb standalone carbon nanotube Level IVs, with the 6lb jugs of protein powder? If so, that's pretty based.
