this, proko is proof that grinding works. You can have no talent or creative energy and still learn to be a good xerox machine. Just look at this fucking dog comic. This is him trying to create something new from his heart. You could say that's the FIRST actual drawing he's ever done. This is his BEST drawing.

And its not that he can't get better, obviously if he practices drawing from imagination he'll get better, but all those years of drawing ugly old men did not help one bit in this comic.
