We do get some positives.
We can now freely charge from any vehicle (although disordered), so 3e style rhino rush is back on the menu.

The charge distance isn't actually the bad. The threat range is sadly lower, but charge range is now more consistant, and is actually higher on average.
ALSO you can pursue units after winning combat, which lets you go back into combat if you get in base contact with an enemy model.
