that depends on what you mean by regular water. stuff that is sold as drinking water, like in a bottle, does have sodium or similar salt compounds in it. what do you think makes the difference in taste?
if the water is from a "natural" source like a spring, they don't have to disclose what's actually in it other than "spring water", but it's a combination of things, chiefly salts, which they will even advertise as "natural electrolytes". these are all trace amounts, because it's still just fucking water that's been filtered to remove excess amounts of other stuff.
if the water is from a plant using pre-treated tap water, then they have to list the ingredients that they add into it to create the flavor profile. which will usually be sodium or potassium. it'll say it right on the ingredient list. even if there is sodium it's not a huge fucking issue for restricted diets because it's not a fucking chicken broth, it's just enough salt to change the taste and texture of the water to be more palatable, and you're still getting a lot more water relative to sodium so it still leaches sodium from your body even though it came with some.
