It's pretty alright.
The good parts
>The art, very stylized and expressive (I hate the Kagurabachi / Frieren trend of dead fish characters so damn much)
>Story is built on a mystery, so far it's the sweet spot where the questions themselves are interesting, too soon to tell if the answers will be
>Characters are very likeable, kinda give me Dorohedoro vibe of people doing their best to have fun in a shitty world. There's special care spent in giving them each a little bit of something extra.
>Power system is original and very organically tied to character growth
>Action sequences are well thought-out, typically involving the terrain in interesting ways, the drawings are nevertheless easy to follow and match the intensity of the events
The not good parts
>Lack of 1VS1 fights which to me is a staple of the shonen genre and the best way to showcase growth, usually there is some, but a lot of times it'd be a fights between multiples groups
>Shorts chapters with frequent one-week breaks
>Slow start to the story which probably isn't a big deal now but if you wanna give it a shot I'd recommend reading up until chapter 20 or so for the first "serious" arc to come to its conclusion
>Trash beasts are underused as a concept and are not that interesting as they are now
Overall it's very solid, especially since this seems to be the work of a rookie.
