Is it fine that the string is just sitting in the hole like that? The lower strings are thick enough that the part of the string that goes around pushes the part of the string that goes through upwards and keeps it in place (at least visually).
I can't even tell what is holding the string down. Is it just the friction of the part of the string that's wound up?
