Sorry. I fell for the React Native meme. The performance is supposedly comparable to a decently optimized mobile app. Though in my experience, just a regular web app is faster. I should've made Duolicious a progressive web app. Then performance would've been better, it would've been less buggy, it would've been easier to write, and I wouldn't have had to moderate certain offenses so strictly
