is it even worth it to solo queue ranked in this game or am i just suffering cause i'm in low elo?

i'm out there trying my hardest to do my job well and then i get atrocious laners that just make the game harder than it needs to be and there it goes 30-40 minutes of my day that i could be doing literally anything else, or i could just ban Kayn idk
