Quality of life here is unmatched in comparison with anywhere else in Europe so unless you're getting a way higher salary than you can get here nobody is willing to move, that's why usually the only Spanish people that move abroad are either young people that want to travel and learn languages but they usually just go somewhere like UK or Australia for 1 year and then come back or people with a very valuable career that they have no problem getting a high paying job in a country like Germany or the USA and that's a very small percentage
