Any other /fit/izens playing around with any unusual supplements? I’ve narrowed my core tried and true supplements that I run year round down to a very simple regimen for general health purposes

After a ton of research, last week I added a ton of shit to try to maximize my cognitive abilities in preparation for starting calculus and organic chemistry this fall. I never graduated high-school, so I knew literally nothing about math and had to take a semester of remedial retard math before moving on to pre-calculus algebra and then trig (aced them all). Getting a good grasp on calculus is a necessity, as I need to take calc 1/2 plus differential equations AND calc based physics 1/2. The other issues I have that psychiatrists haven’t been able to help with are insomnia and a crippling general anxiety disorder, so I’ve decided to try to fix my brain on my own.

>5mg Epitalon at bedtime (for ten days)

>500mg NMN 2x/day

So far there has been noticeable improvements in verbal fluency and longterm memory recall as well as massively increased short term memory. I work as a server at a high end restaurant so I have to talk with guests for hours on end and I need to remember a million little things for wine and multitasking, and my sleep has gone from taking hours to fall asleep and then waking 4-5x during the night to passing out in 15-20 minutes and sleeping 6-8 hours without waking (dreams are also absolutely wild). So far so good bros, would recommend.
