Snow/ forest theme, reds, whites, and earthy greens for colours, fluff their internal culture as welcoming but kind of archaic, they share resources with eachother when possible for the good of everyone. You can try doing plaid but I wouldn’t reccomend it. Reds and whites, for colours, though green and gold work too. Lots of big tactical rocks for bases. Maybe make the equipment look a bit more worn with some patchwork repairs and well used to show some self sufficiency and tight resources.
