nta, there's shortcut that you only discover after taking the long way because they come out at unexpected place.

For example the long way to the Sunless city is from the bottom, which you follow from the escape pod.
But once you get out of it by the top exit, you realize there's a crevice to get inside in no time that's normally hardly visible

I just launched the game to take that capture and took less than 3 minutes to reach it.
