For years, lolicon enjoyers have used the fact that loli porn it's not technically illegal to justify their appreciation of it publicly. They would brag that it's not illegal anywhere in the United States. Now that has changed. We will soon have cases of people being arrested and charged specifically in exclusively for possession of cartoon pornography. if you enjoy fapping to megumin or azula or any number or characters- you may not be arrested but you are explicitly breaking the law.
