There's a gland up there (think of it like how guys have the balls for sperm and the prostate gland) that produces prostatic fluid and may mix in with urine to produce squirting similar to how the male prostate will produce prostatic fluid aka precum or "prostate milk".

See above. The skene gland produces fluids for vaginal lubrication and connects to the urethra, so squirt is not entirely urine (although it may contain trace amounts due to being near the bladder).
