CS/min isn't a constant stat that measures skill it's literally a champ dependent metric
Qiyana is dogshit at splitpushing - she takes towers slow as fuck, she gets dueled by any bruiser and if 2-manned she's 100% dead no matter what.
Even in masters Qiyana averages less than 7 cs/min because she's a champ who spikes in the midgame, with an instant win teamfight ult, she rarely takes teleport and her gameplan is literally hover the adc 24/7
why would you go to a side and grief your team just to pad your cs score
