wean yourself off and forget about it
i quit in 2017 after feeling a pain in a strange part of my abdomen. I went around clutching at it all day and saw myself in the mirror and realized I looked just like my alchy stepdad who did the same thing and had eyes just like your pic and a swollen beer belly like a pregnant woman
so I quit. went from 8-12 pints a day to 6, to 4 to 2 and then none. iirc I did take some thiamine at the time because I read on here of all places that it helps but not sure if it did or not.
