They are just that relentless that they can take down dreadnoughts and monsters despite detonation restrictions (also affects Bulky 3+ kek).

I don't get it, though. It is said that "the reactive player resolves steps 3-10 of the resolving at initiative steps for the reacting unit," but krak grenades and melta bombs strike at -3i. Is it an oversight? Maybe I'm just reading it wrong, and that reaction entirely ignores the -i modifier.
