i was looking at decks when fennie dragon was tier 1 or tier 2 and at the time it had this for draw:
1pp discard 1, draw 2
2pp draw 2 highest cost
2pp discard 1, draw 2
3pp (accelerate on a 8pp follower) draw 2, heal 2
