Your monster ranch is limited only by the amount of barns you build. So technically there is a cap but realistically you're not going to hit it.

Idk what the level cap is but i'm going to assume its 99
Stats also technically have a cap but the limitation is on furnishings you place in town (you also get some from skill trees)
