He's willfully deceiving himself because he loves to sin too much. It's something that I encounter a lot from troubled souls when I preach the gospel on here and elsewhere.
What he's saying doesn't even make any sense. "Man-made institutions" want to "control the distribution of sex and resources"? What does that even mean?
You can't just pick and choose whatever parts of the Bible you wish to believe in. It's truly dismaying how many people keep trying to create a wicked god that is made in their own wicked image.

That's a baseless accusation. I assume you believe in a false christ who doesn't condemn evildoers? It doesn't make sense otherwise why you would be saying that.
Feel free to share who you believe Christ is. But please understand that Jesus isn't whoever us sinful humans choose for Him to be.
"If we say, “We have no sin,” we are deceiving ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say, “We don’t have any sin,” we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us." (1 John 1:8-10, HCSB)

The change in countless believers' lives and the good fruit they produce speaks for itself. I am sharing some of their testimonies, including mine, but you're willfully blinding yourself to the truth. I will pray for you.
