Theoretically one that I live in does (it dropped from 220k to 180k in one generation), but at least there's an influx of young Ukrainian people in here and it's not like apartments and houses get empty.
There are small towns and villages where it's much more visible, however people who live there got use to it in last several generations, that every young man lives for bigger city. I wonder if people in bigger cities will get use to it that everyone around them doesn't just leave, but vanishes in the mist of time.
Not like in cities of American rust belt (where people left to other cities), but when there's huge amount of people in one place and suddenly they visually start dying out, if something finally clicks in their collective mind - like baby boom after the war, but without the war.
