Jin is just very solid, bottom of high or the top of mid tier but has a pretty good matchup spread and no huge weaknesses. Mostly he just doesn't do as much broken stuff as the top tiers and is a bit resource reliant.
But Fenrich plays him so he won a shitload of tournaments and people joke about his 6A and stuff after seeing it hit so often.
