top-down destruction derby racing game. smash everything in your way ranging from cops to ambulances. it feels very crunchy to control and feedback on impact feels visceral. It tickles my lizard brain when I land a big hit on a group of enemies and a bunch of hitstop and screenshake punctuated the impact of that hit
the playable character's vehicles feel pretty different from another too so I appreciate the variety even if I don't gel with all of them

anon the game has overwhelmingly positive reviews, that blows most indie games out of the water more than tenfold
it wouldn't even qualify for hidden gem threads since it exceeds even the most lax anon's requirement of <1000 reviews by more than triple.
It's a good game but let's not get our perspectives out of whack.
Meanwhile Gungeon having been mentioned in the thread even blows Nuclear Throne out of the water on review total by a similar level of scale, but that goes to show just how much of a power boon having a publisher doing your advertising makes for a game.
