Naruto even using rasengan barrage in the realm can be called into question because he certainly couldn't do it in the pain fight, as explained above.

If these things happened separate from the fight, i would expect the jutsus to have reality. But they don't. Naruto cannot use sage rasengan barrage in real world just as much as he cannot steal chakra or use rikudou sealing techniques.
