the house would look like a nursery and the bathroom would not have a toilet at all, as for work it'd probably be some sort of play place/kindergarden/chuck-e-cheese type thing, also to everyone it's totally normal for that to happen in every day life being socially acceptable to dress/act/be like a baby even in the most professional setting

as for hobbies they'd still just watch the regression show, play with toys, be like babies, etc maybe they'd get a baby sitter or the world logic would change so everything would be provided, since they can't drive every taxi/uber would be outfitted with booster seats maybe self driving cars

another reality change idea I had similar to that is the eternal chuck-e-cheese wherein everyone is stuck there and every arcade game beckons them to play and the prizes awarded by tickets regress/change people, technically they could leave if they won enough tickets but since it's so addicting to get the lesser prizes with erotic effects nobody would ever really get close and why would you want to? no responsibilities, endless pizza and cake and soda and candy, endless fun zero stress no getting sick or tired or anything bad it's a gilded cage sure but it beats the 9 to 5 dead end a blissfully ignorant existence especially with the added prizes that can transform you, like x-ray specs that actually work, the plastic tiara that actually makes you a princess, the fake elf ears that make you an elf, the big red clown nose makes you a clown and so on be whatever you want so long as your having fun in the place nothing matters nobody cares, a pure hedonistic dimension where the only rule is to play nice.
