I use regular hotdog buns or these sandwich rolls that all the supermarkets here have but are made in France. They're pretty good, wiener length and don't fall apart as easily.
Each hotdog gets:
2 slices of fresh tomato on one side
1 slice of Claussen kosher dill pickle on the other side
Mustard
Sweet relish
Chopped red onion
Celery salt
