Every time someone is pressured to explain what they mean by this it's always something wildly inappropriate for a show intended for six year old boys or something completely different from what the show wanted to do. Like when Vintage Henshin said Saber was "WASTED POTENTIAL" because it's wasn't a medieval Kamen Rider set in a fantasy isekai world. It's as valid as saying Kamen Rider Saber is bad because it didn't give me a million dollars.
