Update / Good News: I think that I can beat the Top 100 opponent if I spend tickets and regrind Moonview Highway.
The opponent (TL:Yu-kun) does not have any high end top shelf drivers on Rome Avanti higher than Lv5. Maybe he's staying with plain super DK.
