RE4 and I say that as someone that absolutely loves it.
Had the game been a proper survival horror rather than a third person shooter then it would have been a tough choice, in essence it deviates away from the classic games.
It's still a damn good game in it's own right, just wish it was closer to the classics.

They are all unique in their own way.
Even tho RE2 is one of my most played games ever (N64), RE3 is the one I prefer.
I freaking love the city's atmosphere, and how everything feels so dire, also Nemy being the only boss throughout the game is something that hardly anybody does.
