Anyone know much about water effects?
I've tried Woodland Scenics water but it dries up so much, it leaves the sandtexture so it looks like it's just gloss varnish.

I don't want to fuck with resin for such tiny bases. Knowing my luck, I'll fuck it up and get resin allergy.
