I work in a garage so I'm in it from 8:00 to well hell 7:00 at night cuz I do side work. Shit is brutal. It's going to be 95 tomorrow with like 60% humidity not looking forward to it. But it is good for you. I've lost a couple pounds over the last two weeks. And my blood pressure is going down a bit which is good I guess. It's gotten high lately I don't know why.
