Yes, avoid that stuff and avoid alcohol and the like. It's what I do. I just gotta be more active on top of that.
I listen to all slrts of different genres, but only a hnadful of electronic acts. The only thing I cannot find online anywhere is an album by Bonnie 'Prince' Billy called A Singer's Grave A Sea lf Tongues. There are some of the songs up on youtube, but not the entire thing. I have a physical copy of it floating around somewhere in my apartment though. Apparently some of BPB's albums are, like, super rare and hard to find because they were taken out of print.
