Do you genuinely care about Ukrainian really ? It's a great occasion to test, improve and grow tech and equipment which had been sadly discouraged for dozen of years by previous "police of the world" US governments, de Gaulle had to force to keep our military sovereignty. Becoming military independent doesn't happen in a day, and requires some real world experience to solidify, which Putin provides us with this war at little cost (only Russia and Ukraine really pay with lives). There won't be better opportunities if the USA is suddenly going their way (good grief, just a bit late). It's not your problem anymore


Your equipment and funding will go to Israel again anyway so not like there's a moral high ground to have.
