Never happened. Why the hell would the Godhand be presented like they are if Skull Knight apparently managed to kill FOUR of them already? There's only five fingers in a hand, it's much more plausible that when a new member is formed the oldest one disappears. So back in Gaiseric's time Void was the newest member, nowadays Femto is and Void is the oldest. Simple as.
The real question would be, what happens to a Godhand member once their time is up? We know what happens to Apostles, and it ain't pretty. Is it so much worse as a head honcho?
