The real question is where the omnibus happens. Omnibus events are often not preloaded so it could either be before or after the given dates. The Mizuki IS3 expansion week is where I would most likely expect it since JP don't respect IS and always release content at the same time. Releasing it after CC could happen, but I feel like that's less likely since they want a two week gap between operator releases (banners are up for two weeks) and they've already blown through the Shu rerun.

Not until mid-late august. They're likely patching in eblana/babel rerun and ch15 then.
It's a shame because that means we wont get the 6th anni full sweep QoL until the actual laterano itself, instead of getting it early due to preload.
