it's not a humongous gap or anything and 0 uncap fine motion is far from the best SSR - it'd be better to reroll for super creek or vodka in all honesty - but it's not exactly a bad card either, you will feel the difference especially if you're using a pace chaser
of course, the optimal route is to combine fine motion with one of the SRs so you get better returns anyway, so debates about what outperforms what is rather moot
