A squad of insectoid combat Nikkes would be cool. I don't have ideas but a centipede girl with like 100 guns and a shit ton of burst generation would be kino. Maybe give her pistols and call her an MG unit.

I like a Centipede design for a giant Heretic boss that is so big she could around a mountain or building and all of her legs start to glow red before unleashing a barrage of lasers that are an instant-kill. One of her other attacks is her constricting her body around the screen and crushing you. Could be a Lamia too.
